Pam Plummer used to dread phone calls from her employees at Curves® of the Ojai Valley. Quite often, it would be bad news: another computer breakdown that required her immediate attention.
“I was being bothered by computer problems almost weekly,” she recalls. “Sometimes, the problem would take me four hours or more to sort out, and half my day was shot.
