Mark II-idb featuring the revolutionary Intelligent
Disk Backup (idb) system.

Dissatisfied with the traditional backup
systems that were expensive, complicated and lengthy
ventures, Net Integration developed idb to provide the
fastest, easiest and most inexpensive backup system
ever.
The all new Mark I-idb and Mark II-idb
offer the important benefits of increased speed, convenience,
quick recovery, continuous backup and reliability. For
example, Mark I-idb backup now only takes 20 minutes.
For extra convenience, the idb backs up to an average
of one week's worth of data to a single "cartridge"
which will hold from 2 to over 30 days of backup history.
Having an extra backup "cartridge" yields
an additional benefit in that it can be used as an emergency
replacement disk for instant recovery in the case of
a main hard disk failure, and be up and running in 2
minutes until a new disk arrives.
Mark I-idb and Mark II-idb backup can
be configured to do backups at regular intervals, as
often as every 15 minutes*. As a result idb equipped
Net integrators insure that you will never lose more
than a maximum of 15 minutes of work. For added reliability,
the idb series of Net Integrators uses standard hard
disks as a backup medium.
