Remote Server Monitoring
Sometimes waiting until you find out about a
problem is too late. With our remote monitoring
service, we watch your system 24 hours a day, seven days
a week. If there's a problem we'll be alerted and
can take many corrective actions right from our office.
We'll also notify your designated contact immediately
with a description of the issue and any on-site steps
that might be required to correct the issue.

Total
Care
While your Net Integrator is under warranty,
the manufacturer will replace defective components in
three business days. If your server is crucial to
your business, we offer four-hour on-site service and
access to our spare server. If your backups are
up-to-date, we'll have your network backup in minutes
with System ER and your data will be available as
quickly as it can be restored by the speedy Net
Integrator intelligent disk backup (idb) software.
Total Care includes Remote Server
Administration and Remote Server Monitoring.
That's why we call it Total Care.
