 Typically,
if you experience difficulties in installing a new server
product, you have to call your vendor for help and the
vendor reacts to your problem. At Smart Technology Enablers, Inc.,

Net Integrator we sell.

PLUS!
Warranty PLUS! is a comprehensive
customer care package that includes: express hardware
replacement, operating system software maintenance and
connection to our DynamicDNS service. Every Net Integrator
sever includes one year of Warranty
PLUS! coverage. One and two-year Warranty
PLUS! extensions are available.

Express Hardware
Replacement
If you suspect that your Net Integrator server is
experiencing a hardware problem, please contact
Smart Technology
Enablers, Inc. immediately.
Within 24 business hours of verifying a hardware
problem, the manufacturer's customer care department
will courier a replacement to you, via two-day express
service. The cost of shipping the replacement unit to you, and
the cost of shipping the defective unit back to the
factory is covered by the manufacturer.
Before a replacement product is sent, your credit card
will be charged for the value of the product
that is being replacing. This is treated as a security deposit.
Once you return your defective product, your credit card
will be credited with the amount charged before
a replacement product was sent to you*. If you
prefer to avoid the credit card charges, a defective
product may be shipped to the repair depot and when it is repaired,
it will be shipped back to
you.
* If the product you are
returning is incomplete (component parts are missing
parts or the original component parts have been replaced
with third party components) or the product is severely
damaged during return shipment, due to improper or negligent
packaging, Smart Technology Enablers, Inc. and/or Net
Integration Technologies may retain
all or a portion of your security deposit.

Integrator Operating System Maintenance
For as long as your server is covered under Warranty
PLUS!, all new operating system updates will be
available at no charge for you to download, at your
convenience.

DynamicDNS
Organizations wanting to host their own e-mail,
FTP, and/or web sites traditionally require static IP
addresses, which can be expensive, difficult to obtain,
and in some areas simply unavailable. Net Integrator's
DynamicDNS technology allows dynamic
IP addresses to perform as if they are static. DynamicDNS
ensures high-availability for all of Net Integrator's
web-based services.
DynamicDNS is an essential companion
to our unique DoubleVision
technology. Should one of your Internet connections
ever fail, DoubleVision
will automatically switch all of your web traffic onto
your back up line(s), and DynamicDNS
will ensure that all of your web-based services remain
available.

the best way to alleviate concerns about hardware failures,
and the most cost-effective way to ensure high-availability
for all of Net Integrator's web-hosted services.

PLUS! for an additional one-year (two-years total)
the price is $699US. If you purchase the one-year
Warranty PLUS! extension at
the same time you purchase your Net Integrator server,
we will reduce this price to $499US. You save
$200US!
- To extend Warranty
PLUS! for an additional two-years (three-years
total) the price is $999US. If you purchase
the two-year Warranty PLUS!
extension at the same time you purchase your Net Integrator
server, we will reduce this price to $799US.

Warranty PLUS! Does Not Include
- Additional how to/usability
phone or e-mail requests, beyond the initial installation
and set-up of your server.
- Warranty PLUS!
does not cover corrupted or lost files, you are responsible
for backing-up your own data, which is easy to do
if you have purchased a Net Integrator Mark I or Mark
II server.
- Warranty PLUS!
does not cover hardware failure caused by misuse,
physical damage or other mistreatment.
