As a First Class Support customer, you've made a committment to us, so we make the following committments to you:

  • We guarantee rapid response. We will meet or beat our published response times for First Class Support clients. If we don't, you'll receive a full credit against future support fees for our labor charges.
  • We guarantee our quotes. If we quote a fixed price for a project, that's the price you'll pay. No surprises or hidden fees.
  • We guarantee our work. When we say it's fixed, it's fixed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we'll return and fix it for free.
  • We guarantee our recommendations. If computer hardware, software and services we recommend, procure, install and maintain for you doesn't do what we said it would or fails because of our error, oversight or fault, we'll fix it for free.
